They could easily buff over that wall and the kids could still paint. If the kids are any good with grafitti they could cover that up with their art.

Wow. Someone who actually paid for the wall was the very first to get to practice his graffiti on it. That's awesome. The kids were probably busy still painting the back of a 7-11 or somebody's privacy fence.
