Its a little more complicated then that.. The wall is supposed to be there so that the kids that do graffiti have a place to do it rather then destroy peoples things.. I think that its a good thing.. I meen you can easy go over that writing with more paint.. I really dont think that shoulda made it into any sort of news tho..
