here're two pics of my large male grammodes. he's about 8 inches now, and is eating now!!! thank god! :headbang2 chowing down on the hikari gold.
the others are of my F0 argentea and his tankmates.
my photo skills are still poor... plus i really need to invest in one of those remote and top mounted flashes... so bear with me!!

male looks awesome! nice fish ewok.!

NICE FISH!!! Seems they're getting more popular.

gorgeus grammy:D

hehe
thanks for the complements, all.

a few members here in socal are sort of making it their mission to get some of the lesser known cichlids out into the general public. on my personal list are grammodes, istlanums, bartoni and maybe even polleni (if i can figure out if i have boys or girls!!!).
my boys polomax, ruck fules and robmcd have some mad collections and mine are very weak compared to what they have. :D

but yeah, hopefully people will start paying more attention to fish aside from jags, midas, texas, red devils etc. not that there is anything wrong with them, but variety is the spice of life, no? :)

Would you happen to know the collection localle of the wild argentae? (Note I didn't say F0, which is technically incorrect, but I'm picking at straws.)
