Dithers would help but they really are angry little fish. Watch them very closely and keep a divider handy

i've seen little 2" grammodes who would go nuts when they had tank mates, but they seem to be skittish when people are around.... so maybe your grammodes will lose its cool soonat what size do they typically start to go crazy? I've had a little guy for about a year and a he is close to 5" now; just wondering when to expect the freak out.
if you're worried about the male killing the female then i would get a tank with a bigger footprint and make alot of hiding spots and some hardy dithers wouldnt hurt, my friend had salvinis as dithers with a small grammoders pair, saddly he didnt have them long enough to see if they work, but its worth a try
good call mike, like i said he didnt keep them long enough to see the outcomeDon't do salvini lol. When I had a salvini with my grammode it was constant fights between the two. Salvini are also angry little fish not as aggressive as grammodes but still aggressive little things
