Som my friend and i were fishing at a local pond very very small, like 50 feet across maybe about 300 feet long, deepest water is about 3 feet, and to our surprise sitting in the shallows, we kept seeing grass pickerel. My friend has wanted a pickerel for his 150 for i dont know how long, but they were about 2 inches long. We must have seen about 20 or so, and there is about no food in this pond and it isnt connected to any other ponds, how do u think they can survive in this? Well, we still havent caught one yet, but we have one in the net about 3 times when it hopped out. But we were happy to walk out of that pond with our baby turtle Bruno
How can these little guys survive when they are the smallest fish in the pond and there is nothing for them to eat?
