Thanks for the advice everyone! Went well. I rinsed the sand then put it in a 2 gal bucket. I slowly let the water come in the bucket allowing it to settle. After bucket was full, I lowered it to the bottom of the tank, slowly poured the sand out and this worked well!!! The water is a little bit clowdy but not bad at all. My poor puffer does have sand sticking to him which looks terrible..... Put some stress coat and zyme in..... Thanks for advice. Will take pic when water clears!!!!
