GREAT ANOTHER PROBLEM..TSN NOT EATING 4" LONG

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
If you are able to get your hands on some live blackworms try that. I have yet in my entire time of keeping fish found a fish that won't eat them.

Also that is what I raised my TSN on when had him. Mine also loved hikari sinking carnivore pellets.

take a breather, and relax. try not to stress it. your fish is stressed and isn't interested in food yet. my tsn went almost 2 weeks with hardly eating ANYTHING when i first got him and he was only 2" if that. now after a month, he eats so damn much he stuffs his face til his belly is bout to explode. let him settle in, offer food n leave it in there for a lil bit even if he dont eat it right away. he may go after it when he's more comfortable.

Prolly the best advice of the day... fish is freakin out. needs to rest

Hondas right.. blackworms are clutch!!!!

Tried cut frozen fish, nothing not interested. Went ahead and gave him a rosy red on a stick and he nailed it..! So i think he will be alright especially if i can get him on pellets, worms and cut fish. Thanks for everybody's help!

i say since he's small. offer the sinking pellets by hakiri til hes a lil bigger. good nutrients for good growth. keeps him nice fat n healthy. when mine gets a lil bigger then im gonna start offering cut up fish and shrimp. glad to know he ate :)

Try the Rosie and a SMALL piece of frozen fish on the stick ;) Wait a few days until he's nailing the rosie with no thought, then go for a small piece of fish/shrimp with a rosie. Before you know it he wont know any better :D

It worked like a charm on my TSN.
