actually, if those are 8" tiles, then that is a 5 foot tank. The height of the glass thats not covered by hood is 1/3 the tank. if the tank is 5 foot, that would mean the uncovered class is 15". if 2 to 3 inch is covered by the canopy, that would make it a standard height.
