I'm Where I'm At
Saw The Reef on netflix recently. I was pleasantly surprised as I started watching and realized how good the movie was. So simple and to the point. Great time killer and based on true events. They did a great job making me feel like I was there with them. Too bad piranha 3D didn't have that affect on me.

Troll Hunter was another one I enjoyed.

ha, who put everyone onto troll hunter?

death race 2000 is a diamond in the rough. it's like 30+ years old but i think even back then it was considered low budget for a movie

Troll hunter was good.
I'll say Dead Man's Shoes. Pi was on a $60,000 budget.

Just looked up The Reef. Is it similar to Open Water.

Dead Man's Shoes was real good. I also enjoyed Rampage...

Also a must see for MFK members is Coldfish (WARNING: Extremely Mature Content) every monster fish known to man is sighted in this one.

I dunno about the budget, but Elite Squad and Elite Squad 2 were excellent IMO of Brazilian films... I liked Elite Squad 2 better, but probably just cause I watched it first.

SKULL!

A little off topic, but Jose Padilha (writer/director of Elite Squad) is doing the new Robocop.
