hands down VENOM is the greatest villain of all time, not even a debate for me

one of the greats definitely, but not all time greatest imo. they turned him into a good guy at one point in which a lot of fans complained. then they made him evil again.

plankton is awesome, i agree that he is a great villian

I was about to question your Megatron pick but then I thought for a minute,he has a good voice which is a big part of why most of my picks appeal to me...
