Green Arowana

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
6 x 2 x 2 your good for life.

Again minimum rule:

Length: 3x adult length of fish
Width: 1x adult length of fish
Height: preference, most common 24" tall.

^ so you're saying the green will never grow to 2'+?

I got my green in November, and in about 5 months its gone from just under 6" to close to 15", yes nearly 2" per month! Its currently in a 160g (60x28x24") and I'll be upgrading to a 30" wide 220g shortly.

You could probably keep it in a 150g for "life", but it will be a life sentence for the fish and it will never reach its full potential...

greens get like 35" or something like that

in the wild, yes. not in aquariums. still, i'd plan for a 30" wide tank, at least. 8x30" would be perfect for 2!

not even ok i have had lots of greens asains and the bare minimun for a full grown green asain and i mean FULLY grown is 210Gallon tank

How about some dimensions, I can come up with several 210g tanks that would not work.
