green asian aro pricing in canada

hey guys i was just wondering what normal green asian aros go for in canada at around 6-7 inches?
YES I KNOW THEY ARE ILLEGAL IN THE US AND I CANT OWN ONE
im just interested to see how pricey the normal greens are compared to other fish

Usually $100 or less. They've been quite rare recently for some reason though.

I've noticed that Aro prices in Canada have lowered a little. I saw 6" Chili Reds for $800 recently. In the past they were over $1000. Must be supply and demand.

i think greens are rarely seen because baby RTGs are $300. with the cost of cites and shipping its more worth while for LFS to stock RTGs.

I guess so, since they're all starting to drop in price now. They should still at least do some periodic stockings though. A lot of people who aren't ready to blow $300 would readily do $100 for a green.

A green under 200 here would be a nice score. I havent even seen one for sale except private

Of no relevance but here in S'pore they're priced around $80 on average for a 4" specimen.

are the greens not tagged and certified? i am wondering how they can sell so cheap if they are.. i wouldve thought CITES even want greens to be tagged seeing as they are still being ripped out of the wild. is it because there are so many farms doing greens that arent tagged or what?
