Dude stick to high calcium low phosporus veggis and forget all the rest. That plant may be great or not we dont know. If I were you I would risck it. And I tell you more You are being lasy all the questions you are seequing for ansers are more than ansered in that web page. That page is made by very experienced iguana people, you should lissen to them. Then after you made your resech if you still have any doubth you can come here to ask. MFK doors are always open. But you cant expect that any of us to explain you detail by detail how to care for a iguana. That would take like 15 pages.:grinno: And I tell you more player it seems that you made your first (and biggest )irresponsability in your life time by bringing home unprepared a pet that can leave you with permanet damage, its very demanding in terms of space ,food, condicions, vet, etc, and that youll have to cope by the next 16 years or so:D:naughty: Nothing that you already have can prepare you for the experience that is having to face with a 6 foot male iguana that wants to kill you. That or to deal with the vet bills of a female iguana that has trobble laying eggs. About 320 euro for my female last winter in blood work, radiographs and medical atencion;) This is something we should think BEFORE bringing one of this guys home:D

Well if you have never been irresponsible all your life, you would not buy an animal that didn't ask to be in the pet trade without knowing the poor thing even needed UV.

Get real. Seriously. You were irresponsible. 100%.

Anyway the info is there, I just hope you realise that this lizard WILL get at least 5 foot in length, and can be quite unpredictable. This is coming from a RESCUE female iggy owner.

Impulse buying with herps is totally different than impulse buying with fish. Impulse buying and not doing any research on the herp is most defiantly 100% irresponsible and stupid.
Not if we are talking about red tail catfish;) Now serious its pretty much the same:)

Oh for gods sake.
Welcome to the classic case of a stupid impulse buy of a 'cute iddy biddy baby iguana' that ends up MBD and either dying or going to a rescue before it hits 3 foot long.
