Green phantom id?

really at any size they can be tough to tell apart. The big factors are the fold at the adipose fin and the spots only being held to the first third of the fish (which can also be true for the hemi too). unfortunately, they were bought out from under me so I need to keep on looking. kind of bummed. oh well.
 
middle picture - definitley a hemiancistrus. will work on figuring out the top and bottom.

I'm not positive about #2 because the back end is on an angel. Would be easier to tell if the fish was straight

They are all great looking especially number two. I am pretty positive two is a hemi though. The Barys are only supposed to have spots limited to the anterior third of the body. The spots on number two extend the length of

I agree with charney after looking at the pics on my PC I can see it's not a Bary
I thought i saw the dorsal and adipose connected but really wasn't sure
 
if you pull the original journals identifying the fish there are three characteristis 1) skin fold connecting dorsal to adipose fin, 2) spots limited to the first thrid of the fish 3) a specified number of teeth per jaw that I don't remember. I think its a great looking fish but a hemi. The other two defintely hemis
