Hello, My brother just recently got a 6-7 inch green phantom pleco for his tank. Ever since he got him he hasn't been acting right. Swimming from one end of the tank to other. Latching to the side glass. Doesn't seem to be eating. Seems very stressed. All of the other fish in the tank seem to be doing fine. Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks

What are the other tankmates? Is there plenty of hiding places? What is the temperature of the tank?
he is the biggest fish in the tank. there are some small fronts, 2 small electric blue jacks, some other plecos. tank temp is around 79. he just doesn't seem happy at all. he has been in there for about 4 days now.
plecos are very shy fish. have you tried to leave your light off for a day or so that way he can get comfortable in there? i do that with alot of my new fish
