One of my severum's has developed two sore's one on each of his pectoral fin's both are at the part where the fin connects to his body, looks almost like battle wound's but my fish rarely fight and he has had them for a couple of week's now. He has also recently started getting these large white spot's on his scale's mostly on his upper body, I think he may have a bit of ich because I do see him scrape on my decor every now and again, the white spots also look like it may be a result of the scratching but I am not sure. There is no abnormal behavior, still very active and quite the eater as always! Also as far as med's go I do have a few scale-less fish (clown knife, cats, ect...) I know certain med's may harm these guy's, any advice would make me happy!!
