What do you suggest I do?? I did a water change yesterday (well the day before since it's Saturday, lol)

You're not bursting my bubble. I love the feedback and advice. The more the merrier.

I have stress coat-x, aquarium salt etc. I can get to a petco tomorrow no problem. The heater in my tank is set @ 79°.

What can I do to help him out. Thanks for pointing it out. He's my first Severum. I want him to be healthy and happy.

dw severums are a hardy type, do weekly water change and dont waste ur money buying more products, the damage is minor and will heal.
How big is ur fish?

Feed it well, keep up the water changes, and maybe bump your temp up into the low 80s as younger sevs do seem to appreciate warm water. It looks heavily stressed (or asleep) in the first two pictures but the last picture shows improvement.

Poor little girl. She looks very stressed is the first photo when they turn black they are not happy. Just keep the water extra clean feed well and she will turn out great.

I keep up with all the water changes and cleaning of the tank. If I had to estimate just by looking at it I'd say 3 1/2" maybe? I'll try to get a measurement after I get off work today.

How can you tell it's a girl if you don't mind me asking. Since I'm new to Sev's. And she was asleep when I took these. Her color was different in the last photo, that was before I turned the lights out. I keep my tank nice and clean so hopefully that will help. Thanks for the advice.

It was asleep when I took the first few photos. I bumped the temp up to 81°.
