No offense, but kjfan1 you obviously have very little knowledge about puffers and giving people some horrible advice...
First off, a GSP will get to the size of a nerf ball once mature (so 10G is too small), although given it takes a long time for that to happen... also, as they get older, they move from brackish to FULL MARINE... so changing the water salinity isn't helping your puff...
As for the black belly, a lot of people claim it indicates mood changes in a GSP... black belly for un-happy, and white for happy... so that may explain it, plus as the GSP's get more sickly and closer to dying, they tend to turn more and more dark (i've seen GSP's that were almost completely black)...
Any way, as for feeding, you should mix up the diet to more than just Shrimp... try mussels, scallops, snails (for teeth trimming) etc... also, use fish vitamins, especially with shrimp since they are mostly water...
I would strongly advise both the OP and kjfan1 read the following info (linked below) to help your GSP's out ASAP...
GSP Introduction Article
Puffer Feeding Article
Just also wanted to add that you need to get your Nitrates, Nitrites, and Ammonia to 0, if not close to that...
