Green Terror 1 year later: Before and After (Incredible Transformation)

I am hoping for 12" but I doubt I will see much more 10" to be honest.

He has been growing steadily but everything I read about green terrors says about 10" max. Some people do claim that they can get larger though, I haven't been able to find any online over 10".

Big tank, clean water and good food is what's needed to get big fish

He's beautiful! Its amazing how much they grow in a year isn't it? I've had my girl for 10ish months and she's easily tripled her total body mass in that time.

What size tank is he in? And can I please bother you for a fts?

And most importantly, does he have a name?!

His name is Kai and he resides in a 75g with a fluval fx6 filter.

This video shows his tank, lights are out now but I can post FTS tomorrow. It's basically pretty clear layout to give optimum swimming space. I created a cave out of driftwood and have a few big rocks in there for some natural decor.

Lighting is a finnex planted plus, nothing fancy. I do have it suspended about 12" from the rim of the tank.

I honestly have no clue. I wouldn't mind if he got a smaller hump which I think could happen but it will never be like flowerhorn status that's forsure.
