I think i might have forgotten to add that, but yes, I did increase the temp to 78 with this in mind.

Im not sure how much of an impact that had to be honest, it's been like that for months now, but it is worth mentioning


Also tried using garlic guard with no effect at all.

If he's still not eating that means he still have internal parasites. I use the stuff they use to treat internal parasites for flowerhorns called "Clear" and it helped with alot of my fishes that gets infected with parasites.
