Where is the best place to buy a green terror on the internet? and if so, how many to buy in order to get a male?
 
liveaquaria.com , usually males are sold because their colours and longer fins are prefered over the females, so chances are you'll get a male.
 
I agree with blacklable , you shouldn't ship on such a common species.

That's the problem with local stores though, the species is often very .. well flat out crappy genetics. It's a problem here in the NW panhandle of Florida anyhow. Stores stock them but they I have yet to see any that look like they were taken care of remotely or not possibly hybrids.
 
Depends what you really want, F0, F1 etc..

If I was in any position to order fish from and-or near USA id get a rapps GT regardless of cost.
I don't think you guys realise how lucky you are to have suppliers like him and others.
 
Check out Jeff's site. You will see the fish I'm talking about on his home page. Try and find them in a LFS!! I've seen the parents in person, unbelievable!!!
 
Snookn21 gets in some pretty good looking GT's also, though the pictures don't do them justice.

you should look into the true gt's that jeff rapps has at http://tangledupincichlids.com/ get three to ensure u get a male, but if you get a pair I'm sure u could sell the fry and make more $ than you spent on the fish
