First sorry for the lengthy post.
I have recently rescued a GT (gold saum-about 2 inches). I got her from a friend. My friends fish was beating the heck out the lil girl so I took her and nurseing her back to health. She doing alot better now. I had a male before that lived for around 9 years and would eat ANYTHING that I put in the tank. The lil female I got now will not eat any of veggies at all. I have tried veggie pellets floating and sinking, all kinds of green veggies, even the alage tablet. She will not go for it. I tried soaking in garlic with no luck. I even held off feeding for a few days with no luck. However she will eat hikari gold pellets, frozen blood worms , cichlid flakes and frozen brine shrimp with Spirulina. I am worried that she not getting enough green veggies in her diet. My question is , Is there enough veggies in the flake and the Spirulina in the brime shrimp to help keep her healthy??? If not what can i do to help get veggies in her diet????
Can see her progress and size here: http://www.monsterfishkeepers.com/forums/showthread.php?t=358855
