Green Terror has possible parasite?

Check water peramiters. Texas Cichlids are notorious for succombing to old water. It starts with cotton like growths on their flanks. Your terror may be suffering from the same thing. Keep the water nuetral to slightly alkaline. Treat with kosher salt one teaspoon per ten gallons and do regular 50% water changes. Do em weekly. Good luck Monsta!
