If it's only been 5 days without food then don't stress too much yet. You'll know if it's internal parasites as the fecal matter becomes clear and stringy and you'll notice the belly start to become sunken.

I tried everything on my GT when he had internal parasites and Metronidazole was the only thing that worked for me. I still think it's worth trying natural alternatives first. You may be luckier than me.

Andrew that GT looks great. Don't stress, as somebody already mentioned they can go much longer without food. Does he take NLS at all? If so try switching him to NLS Thera+A. It's got a lot of garlic in it which kills off any internal parasites. I've also had success using Kent "garlic xtreme". It works well. And do the Epsom salt thing also. Good luck.
