green terror or blue acara

i've just bought some fish which i'm hoping are green terrors one of them has a black spot below the eye which i read on another forum is only on blue acaras so now i'm confused as to what i've got, all the fish have a red band on the dorsal and tail fin ,sorry the pics aren't better they won't stay still
