Green terror question

If not for its body profile I might suggest another fish in the tank laid eggs and the GT was guarding them... but the shape and bulging belly suggests a female full of eggs-- if not, it would be an overfed fish. When was the original photo taken, before or after the eggs appeared? Does it look thinner now?

Female GT will turn dark and aggressive at breeding time. A single female can lay eggs without mate. Off breeding, female can be as colorful as male and easily be mistaken as male.

Most accurate way to sex is to vent but aside from that a good way to guess is by looking at the blue lines under the eyes and the iridescence of the scales. Males tend to have stronger lines in their beard and their scales tend to be a lot more iridescent, where as females lines are more broken and they are less iridescent. Even males can have what looks like a egg tube, penis, during breeding in my experience. As for the aggression that's pretty normal for a male to display and the nuchal hump is mostly down to genetics. Hope this helps.

My green terror has a white bump on its head. Any idea what this is? Its swimming fine and eating fine as well it just should up last night or this morning.
