Thanks for the quick responses! Glad to hear its a male. Would you guys know why he doesn't have a hump on his head yet? Does it take a while for that to develop? I didn't even notice the second GT photo bombed lol I'm pretty sure that one is a girl. I've also heard that if they are a pair that my other fish would be in danger if they spawn. Any truth to that?

Yeah, the other fish will almost certainly be in danger if they are in spawning mode, but the size of the Green Terrors is also a large influence. A nine and a half inch male and a six or seven inch female will obliterate anything else inside the tank, unless perhaps you had a very VERY large tank but even then I would be skeptical. Even if the other fish are bigger than the breeding Green Terrors when they are in spawning mode, they become extremely aggressive and their aggressive instinct almost seems to override their survival instinct; although most other fish from my observations usually tend to surrender from the Green Terror's extremely aggressive breeding behavior. In other words, I would definitely be very cautious if you are brave enough to have other fish in the aquarium with the Green Terrors if they are in breeding mode and exhibiting this bizarre behavior. I hope this information helps!
