Green Terror split fins or deformed?

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
The blue acara had some skin off his lips and a sore mouth bye the looks of things but both are eating well so they should be ok.

They'll be fine then, just keep an eye so no fungal infections or bacteria infections come out of nowhere. My female Dempsey's had a good half hour battle of nonstop lip locking and a lot of fin slapping. The one started getting really nasty so I re separated them. Mean little broads lol

Those pic show clearly it's not a short body must have been the angle. He is going to grow into a great looking fish (already a great looking fish). Love the head.

Fins are just split not deformed. Is that a short bodied GT?

i dont think its short-bodied, just a bulky little GT, and yeah his fin is just split from fighting with someone of chasing someone. He looks really awesome, hes going to be one stunning GT thats for sure
He also referred to the pectoral fin. The pectoral fin is clearly deformed.

Good eyes Lup, I didn't notice it until I went back to look again you're right. It's the Mars and Venus thing men are shot gun blasts woman are more detailed.

He is very active and tame showing great colour now i just hope his fins recover well.
Whats the chances of having more than 1 male in the same tank?
