Won the female at an auction Nov. 11
This is her the night or a few nights after I picked her up.

The male I picked up on Nov. 24 from my lfs he was a beautiful boy then:

They have quite a bit of purple/maroon on them in person but not quite as much as in the pics...more blue than the pics though.

How can you sex these fish? They both look the same to me.

males get small humps on their head (not like a flowerhorn, but like a little bump)

Female is already pretty heavy, looks like you'll have eggs soon. Oh and nice looking polys.

She laid eggs the day before I got the male and has been holding ever since. He harasses her sometimes, I think he is getting frusterated with her haha
