Looks female to me buddy, but very hard to be sure at this size though to be honest.

here is a small 4" GT I picked up the other day, suspected male - note the difference in trailer fins and thickness of the colored-trim on the dorsal and anal fins
despite the color contrast, this is merely another phase of Andinoacara rivulatus, the Green Terror, dubbed the "Silver Saum" or "White Saum", as opposed to a "Gold Saum" yours would be called, as well as my other 3

The good news is female GT's are awesome looking too. If you can't find someone selling a male of decent size maybe try growing out a few small ones and sell off the females or less colorful males. Good luck with the awesome female GT
