Green Terrors...HaHa

Green Terrors are on of the best cichlids out there. Great personality and color. I recently picked up a royal green terror and he is insane. I'll post some pics. I don't know how to use my camera well and the only way I could get a side shot of him was to have him attack my finger on the front side of the tank while I take the picture from the side. These photos don't do him justice at all.

You don't have any issues with that Front in there with him?

No. I've been pretty lucky mixing fish that don't usually go together. I watch the water parameters very close and have a emergency tank ready to go in case it doesn't work out down the road.

yeah, from what I've read PH isn't really that big of a deal as long as it's steady. I was curious about the timid nature of Fronts as opposed to the aggressiveness of the GT's. Looks like you've got a hell of a set up there!

Thanks. Yeah ph doesn't matter all that much unless you have fish like discus as long as it is not too acidic and is stable. I've never really had any problems mixing africans and south americans. I lucked out with my Front he is actually more aggressive than most of the other fish in the tank.

where did you get the royal and how much did it cost you? whats the size by the way i dont remember reading it in any of your posts...
