green tree python

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
If you are sure you can replicate the right conditions for them you shouldn't have too many problems. If you decide to get one maybe go for a adult or a biak locale as they are a bit feistieir and generally better feeders.

Well thanks for all the info guys, i still have much time before i figure out what i want to do, so i will do a lot of research, and a lot of reading.

You have no idea how much of a relief it is to hear someone say this before they jump into a purchase. Thank you.

there are lots of info on the net, and dedicated forums, but as far as books, like someone else mentioned the complete chondro by greg maxwell is a great book specifically on these animals.

Thank you, i dont want to just jump into something that will end up harming, or maybe killing one of these beautiful animals. I want to rea dup as much as i can, like you said start with a smaller, easier snake to care for, and handle. As i gain knowledge then i will start to work twords the green tree.

You want small and easy? Kingsnake, handsdown. I think they are cooler than corns. Also the spotted, and children's pythons are very easy to keep and stay very small. Very basic care like a king but have that cool look of a python.
