As said, cut back food and light. If it continues or gets worse, you will need to cover the tank and not feed for at least a few days.

try cutting down surrounding light in the room limit the tank light to 6-8 hours and feed just what the fish need once a day 6 days a week dont feed them 1 day a week and do regular watr changes with algea cleaning off the walls and clean the filter media 15 minuetes after to allow all water to cycle through the filter....if all else fails look into a uv sterilizer or purifier in your case
