I'm not sure who cares to see, but I personally love when people post pictures

My green terror "Greenie". She was a brat and laid most of her eggs while I was gone. I was a bit surprised she picked this rock over the one she used last time and the one she was spending most of the day cleaning around.

This is her second time laying. I missed the first time entirely. I was gone the whole day and night. It was a surprise to come home to.

I took the eggs out after a day since she was guarding them non stop. I think that may have been a mistake?

Thoughts for this time around?

No. The only other cichlid in the tank is a female jack Dempsey.

then the eggs will just fungus over, you can keep them but nothing will come of it. If she is harassing the dempsey then pull the eggs obviously, no other reason to keep them.

Ok. I just didn't know if I pulled them too soon last time. I was told she and the others would eat them. But she doesn't let the jack or the pelcos come anywhere near them.

you could pull the eggs as soon as she is done laying them if you wanted, she wouldn't be very happy lol but it wouldn't hurt anyone.

Haha, no she won't be very happy. She was very upset last time. She hit me hard a few times once she realized what I was doing.
It kinda broke my heart when I put the rock back and she was looking for her eggs. Not sure if she was sad, but I was. Lol
