Hello all. I've been relying heavily on all of your information and suggestions for a couple months now in so I finally figured I'd join the community. This forum is great.
Current setup:

I would like to introduce some live plants to the mix but I'm not sure how to do that best. I have been told that I have to restart the aquarium and set it up for plants with fertilizer below the substrate.. But I'll be researching that a little more.
I know that I'll need to get a larger tank before too long once the bass and gar grow a little more. I have my eyes on a 250 next.

Everyone seems happy and to get along quite well, the Bass and small bluegill are shameless beggars. The bass is s bit of a bully, but he doesn't try to hurt anyone, just makes sure everyone knows he's boss. I feed them a mixture of foods, brine shrimp, live minnows, shiners, earthworms and ghost shrimp and they all appear to appreciate the variety. Except for the gar, he's picky and only goes after the minnows. 2 9" Florida Gar
