Grilling & BBQing question: Smoking

Gas grill? Come on, Jose. Take that thing back and get a nice double barrel charcoal grill/smoker;)

Ha! I have been thinking about picking up a Weber Smokey Mountain cooker. Seems like the best way to cook low and slow. As for the gas grill, there's no way I could live without one. We use it almost like a stove. We cook on it several times a week for dinner, especially chicken breasts :)

Yeah, I could see needed a gas grill if you use it so much. It would be nice to have both. I just love the whole process of charcoal grilling and bbqing. I don't use it as much as you use yours, and when I do, it's a long event; especially when I smoke ribs for 7 hours.
