I got some country style ribs marinating since tuesday that Im grillin tonite :naughty:
its a char broil grill.I used to grill everything over a real wood fire in my firepit, but it would take a long time and Id get so sloshed my wife got me the regular grill

I'm doing ribs and brisket for tomorrow. My smoker is one of the cheapie Brinkman units but it works well once you get used to controlling the temperature. Did a pork butt 2 weeks ago, 10 hour smoke, so good... I use the Cowboy brand hardwood chunks, I just didnt like the charcoal briquets.

i have a charbroil smoker that git used almost every day:headbang2

That grill looks exactly like my char-griller.

I have 4 grills now. I have a tiny little kettle type I use for burgers or brats for just the wife and I. Quick, doen't use much charcoal. Then I have a very old 22 inch Weber Kettle. I also have a Char Griller offset smoker. And for Father's day my 7 week old son at the time bought his daddy a new 22 inch Weber One Touch Gold. Still not sure what that kid is doing to earn that allowance....Here are some pics. The fist is the smoker with a few augmentations I have made to more evenly distribute the smoke. The second is a pic of the old Weber with a FAT steak on there with a nice crust. The next one is my son presenting the grill to me and the final is me breakin in the new grill with a little shrimp on the barbie...
