I'm sorry to say hes just taking peoples money. I paid instantly and was told i'd get two GATF shipped to me. Arrival in two days. So i pm'd till i was blue in the face. Finally last friday he pm's me back saying i'll have my refund "tomorrow" (Saturday) Well needless to say he wont even return pm's. I've sent 8-10 of them. This cat wont even man up and tell me why i cant have MY money back? And i can say for Sure there are other people that are being screwed around. (I know them personally) But thats there call when to stand aginst a FLAKE vendor. Tom is a nice enough guy until he gets your money. Then its like he could care less. At this point i dont think i'll ever see my money. So id just like to save the next cat from getting screwed.

In the end i HATE to do this. Ive never done it before and i hope it dont happen agin. But its tuff getting screwed with no reason.

Don't buy from this guy with out being able to pickup. Where you can go see him. And stay on top of your order. I'd want to see the fish in HIS tanks before i gave this thief $1.00. I hope ya'll have better luck than myself.

I hope you paid by CC or PayPal...but whether or not you get your money back, this guy should be held accountable for what he has done.

Here's my take on that..... First off, Tom should be able to defend himself, I see he hasn't posted since the 8th. Secondly, if the defense here is that he is too busy, that's utter BS. If you have someone else's money in your hands, and you know they want it back, then you should make the time to pay them back. I was one PayPal error away from this deal, Im now glad that it happened. If you are going to take on a project like this, and you are an honest person, then you should care for all the loose ends untill everything is tied down. I would never leave people in the lurch, wondering if they are going to ever see their money, or their fish.

Hopefully this has a decent ending, but as far as I can tell, it's already botched.

A lot of you were warned about being careful with this deal. It seemed to be too good to be true, and its very possible that thats the case.
