Its easy to get pics if you're a store and have the fish in house.

Tom is clearly ordering fresh from an importer and they do not provide individual pics...

Tough call without pics but that's why they're priced at less than half the current market rate....

Plus, there's a no red=money back policy.

First time I've ever heard of an SRT supplier not to have pics, but I guess it could happen.
 
Probably because its coming from overseas...? I dont' know, just speculating.
I'd say the same thing about discus and when ordering in "bulk" from overseas, there are usually no indiv pics...

Yes, Christmas is quite fun! lol AND like Christmas, we can return the item if its not to our liking! lol

I've dealt with Tom on several occasions and he has ALWAYS treated me fairly. Definitely a go to guy in my phonebook. It helps that he's in driving distance from me and I've been to his place many times.
