that depends where you are from. It's best to buy from hobbyists then vendor and LFS.

I feed tilapia, shrimps, and sinking gold. I cannot afford massivores to feed them for the long run. They get massivores once in a long while. This hobby need to b cost effective in order to enjoy for the long run.

just rinse in water to defrost then cut it up into small pieces. You might wanna to starve your dels a few days before trying tilapia.
