I dont think much more than an inch is possible even with good water quality and power feeding. You would need to be doing major water changes several times a week. There was an article concerning waterchanges and growth in TFH. You might want to research it.

in my 150 i saw around 1 inch per month growth feeding rosy's and shrimp changing water often every 4 days
