Biggest poly is about 16 and was already 12ish when i got her so it doesnt count. No beasts yet but here are some of the ones i did grow out.
Del was maybe 4 inches, now stuck at 8 to 9.
Ornate was 5 inches now a little over 12
Cb endlis were less than 4 and are a little over 8 now

Here is the growout from my late giant ornate. About 3.5 " when I picked him and 23" when he passed. Second pic does have a tape measure at the bottom for reference. Pic was about 9 months before he passed.
Yeah I had another that I raised with this one, gills and all. Unfortunately it jumped out from a very small opening that I didn't think it'd make it through.
