I arrived back home from my trip last night and the bass made it as well as all my rays and such in the other tanks. Props to my mother in law who’s fish keeping experience has thus far consisted of replacing my wife’s dead goldfish when she was a kid. I did a waterchange this morning and fed them a few pellets and tilapia afterwards. They appear to have grown a bit and I’ll work on getting them fattened up with more frequent water changes as well. Also, got a little fishing in off the gulf coast of Florida out of the Homasassa River. I kept, blackened , and ate a Black Drum, a 25.5” Redfish and a 21” Redfish. 
Not the greatest pics but I moved them over earlier than I was planning to the 300. I had them divided for a few days to get them feeding in the new tank, and took down the divider last night. I brought the sponges over with them and have been doing multiple 30%ish water changes a day.
