that doesn't look like the usual lumps that Tigers get (and Pupumole mentioned). Those lumps I've aspirated with a sterile syringe in the past to good effect but that was a different lesion.

I wouldn't physically cut it either as you'll get an infection in no time and it'll stress the Tiger too. Its good that its dropped off so I'd just focus on keeping the tank pristine Steve. Melafix is a complete waste of time-I think its totally overrated.
Fingers crossed for you buddy that it goes-don't want to lose that Bad Boy.

Cheers mate,yeah its different to anything I've seen,Richard from wharf said its not a major job to cut it and treat it but il try the salt first and see if it gets better.
