Growth opposites

I love that trimac. I just bought a 3-4in juvi female not too long ago. it is my first time owning one, and I hope it grows up just somewhere close to as colorful as yours. Trimacs are fast becoming one of my favorite fish. I don't know why that idiot from mars called it a barred midas. Those fish don't look too much alike.

Thanks, and thank you all for the nice words concerning these two fish. I enjoy both of them. I think the person referring to the barred midas was actually referring to the fish in Ruck Fules avatar.

That trimac is surely a great example of the species. I like his base color most (which most trimacs have). Very distinctive, something you hardly see on fish.
