Growth Rate of Pike Cichlid

I was just wondering what the expected growth rate would be for a Xingu 1 Pike cichlid. Mine is about 3 inches right now and eating cichlid crumbles and frozen beef heart. Thanks.

i have 3 and the biggest is about 7 or 8 inches. and i have had them for about a year. they eat like crazy.

ive grown most of my to about 11-12 inches within a year. depends how much u feed them

It depends on the different variables, such as water quality, what you feed and how often, tank mates, the size of the tank and so on and so forth. Xingu I are such amazing Crenicichla. Still one of my favorite more easily available Creni in the hobby.
