Ansorgi and Laps tend to be more stubborn in the beginning.. but once they start eating wel.. they shoot pretty quickly..

I think it's different for everyone now that I think about it. Because Ornates have proved to be very slow to me... but you never know. I'm feeding mine about 55% protien diets and I think he's gonna shoot up! He's already SOO active... I'm in love. BTW at what size do they get the cupped fin telling the gender???
