Growths on chin and side of mouth...? ID please.

Trying to help a friend figure out what this is. She said she doesn't think it's a chimple, but to me it looks like an ulcer or pinkish growth. Bacterial or fungal infection perhaps? Not sure which since I cant really tell from the pics. Any ideas of what it is and how she may treat it. Thanks

Looks like lymphocytosis. If so no cure. Keep water clean and avoid feeder fish. Supplement food with vitamins.

could be lymphocytosis. does he rub on the glass? Almost look like injuries to me. Full tank shot? what fish are in there?
