I'm going to pick Matt Hughes and Pacman, although I hear that most people are going to be cheering for Pierre to beat Hughes this time. GSP gave Hughes a run for his money last fight, I think that as long as Hughes can avoid standing with GSP he will have a better chance. Maybe it's a sentimental pic but I think Hughes is gonna take it, either way I think GSP will probably be the next champion after Matt. As far as Manny vs. Eric goes, I just can't wait!! These guys have had some of the most entertaining fights I have ever seen!! Morales is one of my favorites and a complete badass but Pacman has indeed proven himself in my eyes, he really is a little BEAST!!!! I think Manny is gonna take it, especially after watching that second fight, I kept thinking of Liddel beating Couture in the rematch and it was basically over after that, I am thinking Manny may finally have the edge over Morales for good? I really don't care who wins because I know its gonna be one of the best fights of the year with two of my favorite boxers!!!! While fairly new in it's current form,MMA and its rules/styles/regulations has a way to go before it can reach boxings refinement, there is just so much more involved and so many other weapons/attacks, boxing has the advantage of being pure fist to fist stand up striking so the fighters/coaches/trainers can really zone in on perfecting technique, not to mention it also has the advantage of being around longer than the current form of MMA. While I am a Huge fan of MMA (and looking foward to Matt and Tito's fights!) whenever 2 fighters like Morales and Pacquio go at it, it really reminds me that boxing is still indeed the sweet science!

He is still my personal favorite Ideally, Matt will win. Yeah, he's a cocky meathead, but that's what I like about him, and I'd like to see him end his career as champ. I'd also like to see him bump up and fight Silva for the 85lb title and retire with both belts, which he's said he wants to do if he wins this fight. That alone would have be rooting for him, even if I didn't like him.
Realistically though, I don't think I could bet against GSP. He's much more well rounded than Matt and is probably more skilled in every aspect of the game, except probably wrestling/gnp. What will win Matt the fight is his ability to be so opportunistic. Even when he's being beat/dominated (ala his fight against Georges the first time and recent fight against BJ), he will capitalize on any mistake his opponent makes. IMO, this is what will win him the fight this weekend.
If Matt loses to anyone though, I'd like it to be GSP. I'll still be rooting for Matt though.
... btw I don't think GSP talked too much junk. I think he just said what everyone else was thinking. Honestly, you can't say your were impressed by Matt's performance against BJ either. All the talking/hyping up the fights are just marketing ploys. Georges also went straight to Matt's lockeroom after the comment was made and apologized, which is more than what Matt would have done. You can't blame him for that. (Keep in mind I'm a Hughes fan too)

actually it was only after Hughes put down GSP...... Matt is a tool......
pacman will take it in the latr rounds. i think morales is just past his prime, but will be a great fight i believe.

Not at all. It was the other way around... Matt picked on Georges the entire time he was there. He even asked him if he wanted him to teach him how to defend an arm bar (which I thought was pretty below the belt). There's no doubt Matt instigated the situation.
Like I said, Matt's an arrogant meat-head, but I dont mind that an still hope he wins.
