hmm yeah i dont know but i know when i first got my GT male i didnt notice anything and it wasnt until after i had to treat my ebjd for parasites and was watching everyones poo like a hawk that i saw he had white poo as well and i had had him for about 3months at that point, but hes in my big tank and didnt want to treat whole tank so iv been feeding him jungle clear soaked food for the past week and its now back to normal, but if it was parasites then your fish had to have actually gotten it from contact with other fish that was infected so maybe he got it from a new addition? but fish can live with parasites for a long time so maybe he just wasn't showing symptoms until then?

Im upping my feeding schedule for my GT. Hes about 8 inches, growth seems to have slowed donw the past 5 monthes. He needs to be abit thicker i think so im feeding him Hikari Massivore Delite pellets, these other super soft pellets, bloodworms, shrimp and somtimes krill.

I would go heavy (not overfeeding tho) on the hikari and real light on the treats. Treats are nice but you need to feed them the good stuff mainly.

Mainly hikari with little bit of treats. Hikari has all of the growing goodness that is needed and frozen cubes and other treats should be just that, treats.
